자동차 리콜 안내문 "SAFETY RECALL CAMPAIN"

 

 

이번엔 새로 산 자동차 관련 recall에 대한 메일을 받았습니다.

●This notice is sent to you in accordance with the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act.

이 통지는 자동차 안전법의 요구 사항에 따라 귀하에게 발송됩니다.

●exists in certain 2017 to 2021My ####### Vehicles note equipped with Smart Cruise Control (SCC) manufactured from June 30, 2015 through Octor 20, 2020.

특정하게  2017년에서 현존하는 2021까지 , My ####### 스마트 크루즈 컨트롤(SCC)이 장착된 차량 노트 2015년 6월 30일부터 2020년 10월 20일까지 제조되었습니다

 

●The defect can result in a fire in your vehicle's engine compartment. 

 결함으로 인해 차량 엔진룸에서 화재가 발생할 수 있습니다.

 

● This is to inform you that your vehicle may contain a defect that could affect the safety of a person.

 차량에 사람의 안전에 영향을 줄 수 있는 결함이 있을 수 있음을 알려드립니다. 

 

●Our records indicate that you own or lease one of the potentially affected vehicles.

 당사 기록에 따르면 귀하는 잠재적으로 영향을 받을 수 있는 차량 중 하나를 소유하거나 임대하고 있습니다.

Why is #### conducting this safety recall campain?

왜 안전 리콜 행사가 실시되나요?

 

● The electrical circuit in the Hydraulic Electronic Control Unit (HECU) may short-circuit, possibly causing an engine compartment fire in the area where the Hydraulic Electronic Control Unit(HECU) is located, thereby increasing the risk of injury.

 유압 전자 제어 장치(HECU)의 전기 회로가 단락 되어 유압 전자 제어 장치(HECU)가 있는 지역에서 엔진룸 화재가 발생하여 부상 위험이 증가할 수 있습니다.

 

●Illumination of various warning lights on the instrument panel may occur including the Tire Pressure warning light.

 타이어 공기압 경고등을 포함하여 계기판에 다양한 경고등이 켜질 수 있습니다.

 

●ABS warning light, and the Malfunction Indicator Lamp. In addition, a burning/melting odor and / or smoke from the engine compartment can occur.

  ABS 경고등 및 오작동 표시등. 또한 엔진룸에서 타는/녹는 냄새 및/또는 연기가 발생할 수 있습니다.

 

 

#### will replace certain fuses in the electrical junction box to rpevent an over-curent condition in the HECU's electrical circuit.

In addtion, for ##### vehicles equipped with the Electronic Parking Brake(EPB), dealer  will also update the HECU software with a newer version.

 또한 전자식 주차 브레이크(EPB)가 장착된 ##### 차량의 경우 딜러도 HECU 소프트웨어를 최신 버전으로 업데이트할   것입니다.

 

●The actual time required to perform the repair will be approximately 1 to 2 hours. However, your vehicle may be needed longer. We recommend scheduling a service appointment to minimize inconvenience.

 수리를 수행하는 데 필요한 실제 시간은 약 1~2시간입니다. 그러나 차량이 더 오래 필요할 수 있습니다. 불편을 최소화하기 위해 서비스 약속을 예약하는 것이 좋습니다.

 

●Please contact your dealer for an exact estimate of how long they may need your vehicle for this repair.

  이 수리를 위해 차량이 얼마나 필요한지 정확한 추정치는 딜러에게 문의하십시오.

 

What should you do in the interim? 

그 사이에 무엇을 해야 합니까?

 

●If your vehicle displays any of the warning lights listed above, and/ or if there is a burning/melting odour or smoke coming form the engine compartment, pull over and contact ######## Roadside Assistance at 1-866-444-### (5421) to request to have your vehicle towed to the closest autorize ##### dealership.

 차량에 위에 나열된 경고등이 표시되거나 엔진룸에서 타는/녹는 냄새나 연기가 나면, 차를 세우고 ######## 긴급출동   서비스에 1-866-444-### (5421) 사용하여 가장 가까운 대리점에 차량을 견인하도록 요청을 취하십시오.

 

● Park your vehicles outdoors and away from other vehicles or structures until you have the recall repair performed.

    리콜 수리를 받을 때까지 차량을 야외에 주차하고 다른 차량이나 구조물에서 떨어진 곳에 주차하십시오.

  가장 가까운 대리점을 찾으려면 www.####.ca를 방문하십시오.

What if you have already paid to have this situation corrected?

 상황을 수정하기 위해 이미 비용을 지불했다면 어떻게 하시겠습니까?

 

●If you have incurred an expense to remedy this issue prior to the date of this notice, you may have the opportunity to obtain reimbursement for that expense.

 이 통지일 이전에 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 비용을 지출한 경우 해당 비용을 상환받을 기회가 있을 수 있습니다.

 가능한 환급을 위해 검사를 위해 참석할 때 가장 가까운 #### 대리점에 다음 항목을 제시하십시오.

●For possible reimbursement please present the following items to your nearest #### dealership at the time of your  attendance for inspection:

 1. Invoice form the repair facility. ( with a description of the repair and services performed including the Vehicle Identificaion Number.

2. Proof of payment

   지불 증명

3. Proof of ownership at the time of repair.

  수리 당시 소유권 증명.

4. Vehicle inspection is required for confirmation prior to reimbursement.

   환급 전 확인을 위해 차량 검사가 필요합니다.


●The ##### dealership will review the documents provided and submit a claim to ### Canada on your behalf.

 ##### 대리점에서 제공된 문서를 검토하고 귀하를 대신하여 ### Canada에 청구서를 제출합니다.

 

● #### Canada will review and consider a refund, however, your vehicle will need to be inspected to validate the previous repari performed and if required complete the actiona outlined in the recall notice.
